You’re going to get personal tracking tools, virtual milestone medals, mini-activity challenges and walking tips that will engage, motivate and reward your participation – and it doesn’t matter whether you’re currently taking 3,000 steps a day or 30,000 steps, there are walking plans for everyone. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg...
It’s a team challenge
You’ll be teaming up with your workmates – so there’ll be plenty of opportunities for some friendly rivalry.
But it’s about you too!
